Urbock 23

Brewed with special dark malt and fermented with traditional Eggenberg yeast this beer has a maturation period of up to 9 months. Dark-brown in colour with an alcohol content of almost 10 % by volume it is filled in 2 litre swing-top bottles – joining the successful “classic brother” Urbock 23 on it’s way to beer-lovers on 4 continents.
Urbock Dunkel has a pleasant full and creamy body, with cofeeish aroma, surprisingly light on the tongue despite the strong alcohol. Nicely warming with toffeelike malty sweetness, balanced by a hoppy-bitterness in the finish. A “power-beer”, as it’s traditional Austrian name says, best to be enjoyed after dinner or as an evening drink.

Das Erfolgsteam aus Linz war 2003 Österreichischer Eishockeymeister und ist mit einem starken Kader auch diese Jahr Anwärter auf einen Spitzenplatz.
